We do not see or store your card details. Card payments are handled securely by our payment provider (see below).

- To keep accounts and meet our legal and tax obligations.
- If you ask us to, to send you occasional news about the shop (you can unsubscribe at any time).
Our lawful bases are performing our contract with you, our legitimate interest in running the shop, complying with the law, and — for any marketing — your consent.
Who we share it with
We never sell your data. We share it only with the trusted providers who help us run the shop:
- Payments: processed by WooCommerce Payments (Stripe).
- Delivery: Royal Mail and other couriers, to deliver your order.
- Email: SMTP2GO, to send order and enquiry emails.
- Website hosting provider.

How long we keep it
We keep order and account information for as long as needed to provide our service and to meet legal and accounting requirements (generally up to six years).
