Illuminate is a small Christian bookshop with one shop manager, supported by a team of volunteers. When we receive an order we make every effort to process and post it out the next day; however, sometimes this might not be possible, so we ask for your understanding.
Please note that the shop is open Tuesday through to Saturday. Online orders received on a Sunday or Monday will only be processed on the following Tuesday.
If you need a book urgently, please ring the shop on 01743 233657 before ordering online and we will let you know whether same-day posting is possible. This might incur an extra charge — and a morning phone call would be appreciated!
Very occasionally someone might order a book that we then can’t find on our shelves. This is usually because the book has been sold before we have updated the site. We are sorry if this happens, and we will only take payment for a book once we have taken it from the shelf. We will always let you know if we can’t locate the book you want.
Postage is calculated automatically at the checkout, based on the books in your basket.
